Dragon*Con Partners with The Score to Sponsor Digital Gaming |

Dragon*Con has entered into a sponsorship agreement with The Score to provide hardware, software, and services for Digital Gaming at this years Dragon*Con. The partnership means several great things for Digital Gaming this year including: - Expanded console lineup: 16 XBOX 360's, 8 PS3's, 2 Wii's
- A retro console capable of playing Sega Genesis, SNES, and NES games
- Dance Dance Revolution
- Software titles for all of the above
In addition, The Score will be operating a store within the Digital Gaming area offering a wide assortment of gaming related merchandise including some very hard to get games and some really cool retro stuff. |

Second Annual Battle and Brew Charity Rock Band Tournament Announced |

Battle and Brew and Dragoncon Digital Gaming will be hosting the second annual Charity Rock band tournament. As with the previous year's tournament, this tournament will focus on style, stage presence, and audience engagement and less on technical merit. Proceeds for this tournament go to benefit the Dragon*Con Charity this year which is the Lupus Foundation of America - Georgia Chapter. Contestants wishing to participate in the tournament which starts on Saturday night at 9pm can do so either through the Gaming Registration website prior to the convention or at Gaming Registration itself. We will also be accepting signups within the Digital Gaming area. Signups are $5 per person and there must be a minimum of 3 members to compete (with three one must double up on vocals and an instrument). |
